At Sheer Fantasy, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit so you can find the perfect piece.

 

Change of Mind Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Underwear (including G-strings, briefs, etc.)

• Lingerie sets

• Swimwear unless faulty or defective

👉 Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Faulty

• Incorrect

 

👉 You are eligible for:

• A replacement, or

• Store credit

• Clear photos or video

• Your order number

 

Items Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Return Process

1. Contact us at intimates@sheerfantasy.com.au with your order number

2. We will review your request and provide instructions

3. Send the item back (if required)

4. Once approved, your store credit will be issued

📦 Return shipping costs:

• Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Store Credit

• Issued once your return is approved and processed

• Valid for use on future purchases

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded

 

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined

• Sale items may be final sale unless faulty
